Dry Creek Facilities

A beautiful farm with rolling hills and a mountain view situated just 10 minutes off the interstate and 17 minutes north of the center of Fort Collins.

We believe in a valuable, community-based experience. Boarder’s monthly fees covers access to all amenities and services listed below.

Peace and tranquility

GreenAcres Equine is situated on 80 acres backed by Dry Creek Reservoir. The facility is equipped with a central layout, comfy lounge with a full kitchen, and dispersed riding areas.

Riding Spaces

The facility boasts a large outdoor arena, sizeable indoor arena, and a round pen, wide-open hacking spaces, and trails for riding.

Turnout

We aim to maximize the horses ability to move and have natural expression. There are three large pastures and track systems will be added soon! All containing 24/7 hay access.

Pasture

Our 10-acre pasture is home to basic and full care pasture residents. We offer two types of care for pasture boarding:

Basic Care: $450/month (includes free-choice hay)
Full Care: $600/month (includes free-choice hay, grain, and blanketing)

Paddocks

Our paddocks are designed as individual paddocks where the dividers can be taken out to turn into group housing.

There will be a track system attached to the paddocks so that turnout on the track system can be rotated with groups that get along. Providing an environment that encourages movement and socialization.

Paddocks include daily cleaning, free-choice hay, grain, blanketing, and turnout on the track system.

Shared Paddocks: $750/month
Private Paddocks: $850/month

Stalls

Our large stalls come in two varieties: both equipped for full care, including daily cleaning, free-choice hay, grain, and blanketing.

Stall with run: $950/month
Stall with turnout: $950/month (coming soon)
