Mulberry Facilities

A beautiful farm with even more gorgeous views situated just 5 minutes off the interstate and 15 minutes east of the center of Fort Collins.

We believe in a valuable, community-based experience. Boarder’s monthly fees covers access to all amenities and services listed below.

Peace and tranquility

GreenAcres Equine is situated on the beautiful property of Blue Stone Land. The layout of the facility, the wide-open spaces, and the location provides peace and quiet.

Riding Spaces

The facility boasts two large outdoor arenas, a round pen, wide-open hacking spaces, and trails for riding.

Turnout

Horses are turned out at night to maximize movement and time outside, typically between 12-16 hours. Turnouts are on pasture and dry lots. Turnouts have free choice hay.

Pasture

Our 7-acre pasture is home to three pasture residents and shared with horses that enjoy nightly turnout. We offer two types of care for pasture boarding:

Basic Care: $350/month (includes free-choice hay)
Full Care: $550/month (includes free-choice hay, grain, and blanketing)

Paddocks

Our paddocks range in size from 33’x44’ to 66’x120’, providing ample space for your horse to roam. Small paddocks accommodate a maximum of two (2) horses, while our largest paddock can house up to six (6) horses.

We also offer the option of a private paddock for those seeking more individualized space.

Paddocks include daily cleaning, free-choice hay, grain, blanketing, and turnout.

Shared Paddocks: $650/month
Private Paddocks: $950/month

Stalls

Our stalls come in two sizes: single (10'x14') and double (20'x14'), both equipped for full care, including daily cleaning, free-choice hay, grain, blanketing, and turnout.

Single Stall: $850/month
Double Stall: $1150/month
